Mrs. Shanika Coleman, the founder of JJD Learning Academy, has worked in Education for 12 years. She earned her BA in ECE in July 2017 and MS in Curriculum and Instruction in June 2024. During this time, Mrs. Shanika Coleman also joined the field of ABA, working closely with individuals with autism and earning certifications such as an ABAT certification to be a behavioral technician and an LABA license to be a licensed assistant behavioral analyst. Shanika is still working on furthering her education journey as she seeks to learn daily. She has a heart for children and helps families parent their children through implementing effective strategies and functional communication skills. Shanika also volunteers with the local recreational center by coaching soccer and partnering with families.
