K-12 educational programs are provided by teachers with college-level degrees, qualifying them for the academic duties required to educate students through in-person and virtual opportunities. JJD Learning Academy will house students and staff within the program in a facility that offers outdoor access for the children to interact with peers and build relationships.
The recreational sports offered are football, soccer, softball, golf, basketball, softball, volleyball, tennis, and more. The goal is to improve parent involvement throughout the community with recreational activities and sports. The nonprofit vision is to enhance children's physical education and health while motivating them to remain active and plan for their future.
As part of future planning, the housing opportunities will include rent-free apartment complex homes for qualifying individuals throughout the community.
JJD Learning Academy will provide scholarships to help with tuition costs for students attending the educational program, and community members in need will receive vouchers for food and clothing that qualify for the resource.
JJD Learning Academy support families with children ages birth to preschool who are at risk for, disabilities. The program consists of early childhood special educators who work closely with children and families to develop the knowledge and skills to reach the child's highest potential.
